Introduction to the Frequency Conversion Control Cabinet for Air-Conditioning Host Circulating Water Pumps:
Cabinet dimensions: 8001800400 (WHD), protection class IP55. Two 150*150 cooling fans are equipped on the left and right sides of the upper end of the cabinet, enabling effective heat dissipation of the cabinet. This product is custom-made for users. It is equipped with 4 air-conditioning hosts of 54KW and 1 of 45KW, as well as 3 circulating water pumps (two of which are main pumps with 11KW frequency conversion start, and one is a standby pump with power frequency start). It is also furnished with two groups of butterfly valves and one group of proportional differential pressure bypass valves. The cabinet is internally provided with PLC-controlled terminal blocks for functions such as start/stop, manual/automatic operation, running status, fault alarm, valve fully open, valve fully closed, frequency setting, and frequency feedback. The frequency converter is equipped with a 485 communication interface and supports the ModBus-Rtu protocol. A manual/automatic conversion knob is installed on the inner door of the cabinet, ensuring simple operation. This product is widely used in the central air-conditioning power distribution systems of office buildings, shopping malls, and hotels.
