The enclosures of this series of high-voltage switchgear are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the standards of GB/T 3906 AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages from 3.6kV to 40.5kV and IEC 62271-200. Reliable Safety Interlocking: Through precise mechanical interlocking devices, the "five anti-misoperation" requirements are strictly followed. This ensures that operations can only be performed under fully safe conditions (e.g., the handcart compartment door can only be opened when the circuit breaker is in the open state), eliminating misoperations from the structural root.
3. Advanced Pressure Relief Channel and Safety Protection
Directional Active Pressure Relief System: This is the top priority in the enclosure design. "Dedicated pressure relief channels" are installed at the top of both the Circuit Breaker Compartment and the Cable Compartment. In the event of an internal fault arc, high-temperature and high-pressure gas can be quickly discharged upward along the preset path, effectively "releasing pressure" and maximizing the safety of operators and surrounding equipment.
High-Strength Pressure Relief Cover: A specially designed pressure relief cover is equipped at the outlet of the pressure relief channel. It remains sealed and dustproof under normal conditions, and can automatically open quickly in case of deflagration, then reset automatically after pressure relief.
4. Excellent Protection and Sealing Performance
High Protection Level: The enclosure achieves a protection level of "IP4X", and the protection level between compartments reaches "IP2X". High-quality sealing strips are used at the edges of the door panels, effectively preventing dust, moisture, and small animals from entering, ensuring internal components operate in a clean environment.
Automatic Opening and Closing System for Valve: An exquisite "insulated valve mechanism" is designed. When the handcart is moved away, the valve automatically and reliably closes to completely isolate the live busbar; when the handcart moves into the working position, the valve automatically opens. This process is safe, reliable, and requires no manual intervention.
5. Humanized and Convenient Design
Spacious Operation and Observation Space: The Cable Compartment and Circuit Breaker Compartment have ample space, facilitating cable wiring, installation, and maintenance. A large observation window is installed on the front door, allowing real-time observation of the operating status of equipment inside the cabinet.
Convenient Grounding Design: A dedicated "grounding busbar" and sufficient connection points are provided to ensure good grounding of all metal components, ensuring safety and reliability.
