Product Introduction
This series of dual-pump sewage automatic control boxes (also known as one-in-use and one-standby water pump control cabinets) is a core control device specially designed for sewage discharge systems in basements, catch basins, sewage treatment stations and other occasions. The product adopts high-quality electrical components and a reasonable logic control circuit to realize automatic rotation and mutual assistance operation of two sewage pumps, with complete motor protection and user-friendly human-machine interaction functions. I. Core Functional Features:
1. Intelligent dual-pump control logic
One in use and one standby with automatic rotation: The system sets the two pumps as backups for each other. During each startup, the main pump is given priority (timed rotation can be set to avoid long-term idleness of a single pump). When the main pump fails, the standby pump automatically starts running without delay and sends out an alarm indication.
Automatic water level control:
Low water level pump start: When the liquid level reaches the set start-up water level, a water pump is automatically started to drain water.
High water level (overflow level) combined pump: When the water level rises too fast or one pump is insufficient for drainage and the ultra-high water level is reached, the system automatically starts the second water pump, and both pumps run at the same time to accelerate drainage, effectively dealing with emergencies.
Water level pump stop: When the water level drops to the set stop water level, all running water pumps will automatically stop, whether it is single-pump or dual-pump operation.
2. Complete motor protection functions (in line with electrical engineer design specifications)
Short-circuit protection: Equipped with a high-performance circuit breaker, which can instantly cut off the power supply when a short circuit occurs in the circuit, protecting the control system and the pump motor.
Thermal overload protection: Each water pump circuit is equipped with a thermal relay or an intelligent motor protector to realize overload protection. When the water pump motor overheats due to blockage, phase loss, overcurrent and other reasons, the protection device acts to automatically stop the pump and switch to the standby pump, and at the same time send out a fault indicator light signal.
Phase loss protection (optional): Real-time monitoring of power phase loss to prevent the motor from burning due to phase loss operation.
Leakage protection (optional): Leakage protection function can be added according to needs to improve the safety level of personnel and equipment.
3. Flexible operation modes
Through the transfer switch on the door panel, users can easily switch between three working modes:
Manual mode: In this mode, the operator can independently control the start and stop of each pump through the "start" and "stop" buttons, which is convenient for equipment debugging, maintenance and forced operation.
Auto mode: The system automatically executes all control processes (start-stop, rotation, mutual assistance) completely according to the signal of the liquid level sensor, realizing unattended operation.
Stop/maintenance position: Cut off the automatic control circuit, and all pumps cannot be started, ensuring absolute safety of maintenance operations.
